How to connect: Formed.org Go to Formed.org. and sign up. You will identify yourself as “I belong to a Parish or Organization”. It will then ask you to Create an Account by finding your parish by location: St. Felix. 117 3rd St. W, Wabasha, MN. It will then prompt you for your name and e-mail address. After you have created an account then next time you sign in, just go to FORMED. org and “Sign In”. You can start watching, as you remain signed in.
