Knights of Columbus

New Leadership for Knights of Columbus

Grand Knight Peter Kay passes the Knight’s gavel to Bill Hager as Council #881’s Grand Knight for the coming year.  Peter Kay led the Knights of Columbus for St Felix and St Agnes parishes for several years, working diligently to maintain an active membership and flourishing programs during the recent Covid years. Ed Bauman the District Director congratulated Peter and the officers for their commitments, prayerfulness, and recognition within this district.

Noteworthy efforts in recent years are:  KC rosaries at each parish; bibles and blessed objects for the first Communicants and Confirmation youth; support of the St Felix School and teachers;  college seminarians at Immaculate Heart of Mary; and persons with disabilities at Great River Homes.

Assisting Grand Knight  Bill Hager  as officer this year are Ken Kruse, Deputy Grand Knight, Bill Allaire as Financial Secretary , and Larry Stenzel as Treasurer.

Mr. Bauman recognized the council for the fundraising efforts at the Kellogg and Wabasha parishes raising over $6,600.00 for the Ukraine Solidarity Fund.

St Agnes and St Felix Knights invite all men to learn more about the KCs by contacting Bill Hager and going to:
